All domestic orders are posted via Australia Post or Sendle at a flat rate of $15.00 from the Sunshine Coast, Australia. International shipping rates will need to be calculated after checkout and we will contact you with your shipping costs. Delivery times will be based on your location. Generally we advise to allow one week from the date of shipping for domestic metro orders and two weeks from the date of shipping for regional orders. If you are located overseas, please allow two-four weeks for your item to arrive.
The above shipping times are merely a guideline and in most cases your order will arrive sooner. While we will always do our best to assist with your shipping enquiries, we are not responsible for delays in shipping times due to postage service delays or any other delays that stem directly from circumstances out of control.

In the case of a lost parcel, please contact us and we will launch an investigation with the courier. Please allow up to 5 working days for this to be concluded. If your parcel is deemed as lost we will issue you with a full refund or store credit.
